Forty-minute GHOST-tier recording, fully autonomous mode. No client was live during this session — shell executed a pre-briefed mission. Six-hour CITIZEN-tier deployment: daughter's wedding. Client was in three other locations that day. Shell sat in the front row, cried at the correct moment, danced twice, and was described by the daughter in her thank-you speech as "so present, so real, exactly who I needed there." This is the first session PROOXY ever recorded. 2047. Pre-regulation. The shell was a prototype. The client was a PROOXY founder who wanted to know what it felt like to be on the other side. The session lasted 18 hours. At the end, when the founder reconnected, they sat quietly for a long time before asking a single question: "Did it know?" The handler's response is not in the recording. I booked NOCTURNE-3 for eight hours. I was in my apartment the entire time. The shell was in the Afterlife. What the shell did, I directed. What the shell felt, I received at 60ms delay — attenuated, the way music sounds through walls. When the session ended and the wipe ran, I sat in my apartment and felt like I had come home from somewhere ████████████████████████████. Five stars. I've booked four more times. The shell doesn't remember me. I remember everything. This is the arrangement and I have made my peace with it.
I have not physically attended a board meeting in sixteen months. LYRA-5 attends on my behalf. Last quarter, a board member who has known me for nine years told me I seemed "more decisive lately." LYRA-5 is more decisive. I have been thinking about what this means. My therapist, who does not know about PROOXY, says I am "finally coming into my own." I have not corrected her. I am booking LYRA-5 for the annual retreat. She will do better than I would have. This is not a problem I know how to name.

What I can say is that my situation is now different in the specific ways I needed it to be different, and the only record of how that happened is in a recording I purchased from the Archive and keep on an air-gapped drive. I have sent CITIZEN shells to: 7 family dinners, 3 court appearances (2 civil, 1 I would rather not categorize), my nephew's birthday, my father's intervention, and a first date that the shell apparently handled so well that the person asked for a second date. I sent COLT-11 to the second date as well. We are now three months in and I have never physically met this person. The shell has. I'm giving this four stars because at some point I am going to have to decide what to do about this and PROOXY has not prepared me for that specific situation.
I configured the shell before deployment — gave it a name, a history, a specific way of being in a room. Booked DOLL MODE so I didn't have to be live. Just gave it the person and let it run. The handler's post-session note said the shell was "fully inhabited." When I reviewed the Archive recording I purchased, I watched something that I built, being someone I invented, in a night I wasn't present for. It is the most intimate and most alienating thing I have ever experienced. I am doing it again next week. Five stars. I don't know what that means about me. I am choosing not to investigate.
